Carry On Luggage, with the vast amount of choices now available, the task of finding the right piece of luggage can be daunting for today’s consumers. Samsonite, Delsey, Antler, Travel Pro, High Sierra, Briggs & Riley, Hartmann….the list goes on and on; and while manufacturers themselves are happy to boast about their own bags, it is nice to get some guidance from a neutral source, someone who has nothing to gain from the sale of the luggage; from an individual who has actually used the bag for travel, a customer.
Here at Irv’s Luggage we love to hear from our customers; whether the review is good or bad, we want to know if our customers are satisfied. (Sometimes bad reviews are even more valuable to us because we can then eliminate the unsatisfactory product so another customer will not have to experience the same problems.) In addition, if you are a consumer who appreciates reading customer reviews, be sure to provide your own feedback next time you purchase a product from a retailer.
Below are the top customer reviews of carry-on luggage purchased at Irv’s Luggage:
Briggs & Riley Transcend 21” Carry On Expandable Upright: I use this bag 2-3 times a month for national and international business and pleasure travel. It’s light to begin with, resistant to wear and dirt, intelligently designed and tough. And it looks good! Best of all is the forever warranty – a smart use of resources and a great insurance policy. Instead of wearing out a carry-on every few years, this one is in great shape even after more than three years of hard use — and I know I can get it fixed if anything happens to it. If you pack it right, clothes come out ready to wear. I find it’s really too big for week-end trips but it packs well even it it’s only half full. I’d make some minor design changes but I’ve found that with every bag I’ve owned. If a multi-purpose roll-aboard is what you’re looking for, this one is hard to beat.
Samsonite Aspire GRT 21” Expandable Carry-On Spinner Luggage: This is a great spinner which WILL fit in the overhead bin. On a recent family trip, I used it as a carryon (in addition to checked luggage) to take some weight off the checked bags and to protect expensive items like my business laptop, large camera, smaller cameras, jewelry, iPods, large headphones and a change of clothes for the warmer climate. The outside pockets were very accessible for items I used during the flight. This Bag will also be great for a one night over night business trip to carry both clothes and laptop/chargers on a spinner base.
Piel Leather 19” Multi Pocket Wheeled Carry –On Bag: I flew on Ryan Air from Spain to England and they have strict baggage weight limits. I had this bag packed to the max and it was nowhere near the limit. I have used it on numerous trips and it still looks fabulous. I am thinking about getting another one! I have had many different bags during 30 years of traveling and this one is my favorite by far.
Antler New Size Zero 22” Super Lightweight Rolling Carry On: Easy–handsome–lightweight. I have the whole set–It is so manageable–well constructed–my new best friend.
Delsey Helium Hyperlite Carry On Expandable Trolly: Excellent carry on, perfect carry-on.
